Little is known of Arthur Forsythe's life before he moved to Stratford in East London fourteen years ago with his young granddaughter, Ella. Understood to be basically infirm, he's never even seen leaving his small apartment. However, unbeknownst to his neighbours, Forsythe bears a striking resemblance to Lord Alwin of Canterbury, whose mysterious abilities to manipulate and travel through water were integral to hiding Ella from the Order after her parents were murdered.
